Terms and Conditions

1) Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered by the restaurant razzo, available via razzo.sg.

2) Conclusion of Contract
The contract between the customer and restaurant razzo is concluded when the customer places an order and the restaurant confirms that order. Orders can be placed in person at the restaurant, by telephone, by e-mail, or via the website.

3) Services of the Restaurant
Restaurant razzo undertakes to prepare and deliver, or make available for pickup, the food and beverages ordered by the customer to the best of its knowledge and ability. Changes to the menu and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4) Reservations
Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail, or via the website. The reservation is only considered confirmed once restaurant razzo has expressly confirmed it. In case of no-show or short-notice cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance), a cancellation fee may be charged.
As part of the reservation process, the guest agrees that their provided contact details may be used by restaurant razzo to send information and offers (e.g. newsletters). This consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

5) Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or by other payment methods accepted by the restaurant.

6) Delivery and Pickup Conditions
Deliveries are made within the specified delivery times and areas. For pickups, customers are requested to collect their ordered food at the agreed time. Restaurant razzo is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or other unforeseeable events.

7) Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
Cancellations of orders must be made in good time, at least 2 hours before the agreed delivery or pickup time. For later cancellations or if the order is not collected, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

8) Liability
Restaurant razzo is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. The restaurant assumes no liability for allergic reactions or intolerances due to ingredients not explicitly listed on the menu.
